About Us

We're two friends from Iceland, who share a vision of introducing Scandinavian elegance and charisma into homes around the world.

Independently, we'd both considered launching a venture similar to Droyma, yet never made it happen. Alex works with graphics design and has won multiple awards for their work as a website designer. Inga has made many pretty things :)

Alex: "I found myself continuously searching for wall decor for my daughter's room, but I was never able to find what I was searching for. So I decided to create some myself."

Inga: "I've always had a passion for creating beautiful things. I'd previously limited my creations to my immediate family, though I'd dreamed about bringing my creations to a wider audience."

Together, we've brought our mutual dreams to fruition with the creation of Droyma.

Droyma is a modern Nordic brand that specializes in original wall art for your home. With a focus on modern living room art and children's art, Droyma aims to bring a touch of sophistication and playfulness to any space. The brand's name, Droyma, is an Old Norse word for 'dreaming' or 'to dream', reflecting our mission to inspire and uplift through art.
