Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
Shipping times depend on your location. We don't keep any products in stock, every order is printed by demand to help reduce overproduction and waste, and keep our prices down! Our products are made and sent from The US. It would be very expensive and time consuming to ship everything from our location in Iceland :)

Shipping times are estimates, we can't promise something that is out of our hands. Shipping times also depend on your local postal/courier service. Please note that around peak seasonal times like Christmas, Valentine's day and such shipping times can get delayed.

If you are in Iceland and wish to order from us, check with us first through email at droyma@droyma.com. We might be able to get your order to you more quickly and cheaply.

**At this time our courier is only able to send to the following countries due to logistics issues. If your country is not on the list, don't hesitate to contact us through droyma@droyma.com and we'll see what we can do:

ETURNS
You can return your order to us for a refund or store credit withing 14 days after receiving your order. We only offer returns if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs on returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made orders, sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
